Day 85 - Daily Challenge - Weath

I had never done a wreath like this. It done with a spool of wide colored mesh and a wire frame. I got the mesh in a bargain bag from Micheals.  Matter a fact, the mesh, ornaments, and bow ribbon were all in the bargain bags.  I used this at work to decorate the office.
