I needed another monochromatic blue card. What's more blur than water. The background paper is printed water paper. The fish is from High Hopes Stamps. The ribbon is soft blur ribbon from Stampin Up. The patterned border strip is done with a cuttlebug embossing folder.

Hello again Faye I was just wondering I did a doodle of a penguin just in black and white I dont know if that is considered monochromatic this is new for me.
