One sheet wonder

I was looking for a way to do a lot of card with my card class and decided to try the one sheet wonder technique. To do this technique, you stamp a full sheet of paper or use a patterned paper and cut it in such a way to get the focus pieces for many cards. In my case, I used the pattern from this website:
http://mutchtostamp.blogspot.com/2007/03/one-sheet-wonder-template.html
She does have an error or two on the template. One measurement is 4.25 when it is listed as 4.5.

I had problems when I cut card 7 pieces so I didn't do that card. I also combined a couple pieces on one card. Finally, I used one card piece for the cover of the card holder. I will be using the 4 cards pictured individually as part of the class and card holder set. The other two are for me and I will be having the class members take those pieces home and doing the last couple of cards there.

Most of the supplies are from Stampin Up. The larger flower is from Stampendous. The crackle background was from I Brake for Stamps. Inks were from Stampin Up, I used Kiwi Kiss and Tempting Turquoise.
I think this technique would be wonderful with a precious piece of printed papers. One of those you loved and couldn't resist. I hope you felt inspired.
