The eyes are rhinestones. I just couldn't find circles that worked and I didn't have any jiggling eyes. I added the blue border to compliment the eyes. The hearts I used were from the Stampin Up punch that has 3 hearts. The ears were done with two sizes of oval punches rather than cutting down the inside ear by hand. It was fun and I hope to get a few more before Easter.
