Gator Card
This might not be the best picture of this card. It is colored with copics. The paper is pearly. My friend Laurel in Australia stamped it and sent the image. My husband came up with the words. It was a real joint effort.

Card without a Stamp
This is a card I did for a swap that I couldn't use any stamps. The fancy background was a piece of paper. The butterfly is s die cut. It comes in two pieces so you can do part in black and part in colored paper. I used three of them in order to make the wings flap. It is s simple card but I thought it was beautiful.

A second card tonight
I probably should have taken a photo rather than scanned it but it doesn't look too bad here.
Sympathy Card
This may seem like an unusual stamp for a sympathy card but the person that passed was an outdoorsman and I thought it would work. What do you think? The cowboy stamp is from I Brake for Stamps. The were from Stampin Up and Distress Inks. The stamp is embossed and then painted with inks.
I have had problems with my nternet for a couple days so I have a lot of cards to post but this is one I did this morning. I got a new container of Liquid Applique and wanted to use some.
The frosting is punched out with a Stampin Up scallop punch. I trimmed it off and made a cupcake bottom by hand. The flame is a petal from a flower punch. Then I used the liquid applique on the scalloped part. While wet, I added the bugle beads fro sprinkles. Then I heated the liquid applique and it puffs up. This holds the beads in place without glue.
The red confetti background is a Stampin Up stamp and the background was done with a cuttlebug folder.
Try one!!

I got a Blog award
Ladybug Card
Bee birthday Card
I went to a Stampin Up party last night. Lorraine Morrison was the demostrator. She let us make 3 cards and a treat bag. I will post the items today and over the next couple days. This one was fun but lots of punching circles through each layer. The bee is inside the card. We used 2 shaeds of yellow on the flower and painted with a blender pen. All the supplies were from Stampin' Up.
We had lots of fun. It is nice to get together to play and laugh.
