A card made with goodies from Annika

I am the group Mom for the yahoo group JustCards and we had a recent swap that Annika, my friend from Sweden, sent full of all kinds of green and brown goodies. I loved the papers and flowers and everything she sent! I had to rush right down to my craft room and make a card with some of it. The words are from I Brake for Stamps. I made it really fast but I think it is beautiful. Thanks again Annika

Another set of cards

Since making a set of cards worked out well yesterday, I did another set tonight. I usually send birthday cards to all the women at church and I am way behind for 2009 so I needed a lot of cards. The background is a crackle stamp from I Brake for Stamps. The flower, grass and words are from Stampin Up. I used a masking technique with the flowers and grass. I did four of the cards but the are pretty close to the same.

Black and White plus One

Tonight I got one more card done. It is for a black and white plus one swap. The stamp is from Taylored Artwork. The black paper under the stamp is homemade paper the I got at Tuesday Morning. I think the card so much that I might make another card and keep this one. The words are a rub-on.

Set of cards

I got some time to myself today and I made 6 cards so far. I made this set of 4 cards I really like. I usually don't make sets of cards so this is a little stretch for me.

I used the scalloped square Nestabilities and the stamp is from Stampendous.

It was great fun hiding in my craft room and creating today. Made me think I need to take a day of vacation just to play. Well, back to work. Maybe I can get some more done tonight.
